I had such high hopes for my stay at the Inn and Suites in Richmond, but it fell short. The location seemed decent initially. however, when we checked into our Double Room with Two Double Beds, the condition of the room was shocking. The carpets looked filthy, and I couldn't believe the beer bottle caps I found behind the front door. It made the place feel neglected. The blankets had noticeable burn holes, which made me question the cleanliness and safety of the room. The noise from outside didn't help either, making it hard to relax. To make matters worse, the hotel demanded a $150 cash deposit even though I had mentioned I was traveling with pets. I felt pressured when they called the next morning asking for more money. I just couldn't handle the disrespectful treatment.
